Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Traveling is always a better experience when you're able to meet people who share your same passion for sharing and finding adventure. Hostels are convenient, but sometimes often don't provide the level of authenticity that couch-surfing does.

Music, Movies, and Books

I listen to all sorts of music, but I was raised on Country. Slowly trying to become more well read - so if you have a favorite book please recommend it! As for movies, I love any movie with an engaging plot (and I'm a sucker for anything Disney + Harry Potter)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

It's a tie between camel trekking through the Zagora Dessert in Morocco, Hiking the fjords of Norway, Riding roller coasters in Denmark, Swimming w/ sharks in the Florida Keys, or camping on the beach of the Pictured Rocks lakeshore in Michigan's upper peninsula.

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm studying to become a middle school science teacher! I want to learn as much as I can from others and encounter cultures that broaden my understanding of the world and challenge me to step outside of my comfort zone. One of the things I love most about traveling is being able to share stories of past adventures and share the journey of new experiences with others!
