ABOUT ME

Hi there! :)

Well.. all about me.. I guess I'm kind of a foodie (love to cook, taste & eat!), I'm really into tea (and, as of now, also into coffee) and will probably always carry some nice loose leaf around.. so if you fancy a cup -- I'm your guy! :)

And I suppose it would be reasonable to say that I'm a bit addicted to all kinds of sports. I can get really fidgety if I don't get to move around. Usually this means riding my bike, going for a hike, doing crossfit or yoga, or even just lifting some weights. As long as I can move around a bit, I'm happy. :)

Other than that, I like to explore the world through the lens of my camera. Taking pictures is something a really enjoy, but somehow, while focusing on work, it didn't get as much attention as it deserves. I'll work hard to change that as I embark on my travels in the coming months!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I'm pretty new to couchsurfing. (Just getting started!)

However, last new years I went to a couchsurfing party in Vienna and it was great. Meeting people from all over the world and bonding over a shared enthusiasm for traveling.

Best way to start off a new year. :)

Music is really important to me in terms of amplifying my current mood. I love to get lost in a good song. :)

In terms of movies.. most of the stuff by the Coen Brothers, Kubrick, Tarantino, Pixar & Guy Ritchie.

Books, books, books. Well I like those, too! A few gems: Cannery Row, Extremely Lound & Incredibly Close,.. :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

My roadtrip from New York to San Francisco was certainly amazing. Beeing in the US and experiencing both, great nature and great cities were truly remarkable.

I'm always happy to cook with other people. I'm not by any means professional but I enjoy it a lot.
