I am searching for what it's all about. Who isn't? Discovering new places, new friends, new experiences, new foods, beers, cultures, and customs.

Life is all about having awesome experiences. Sure, I could have just stayed in one place, earned some money, bought a house, retired to Florida and died miserable, but that's now what I'm here for.

I hope you're exploring this area to have fun, see things in a new light, gain perspective, and realize that there's a reality outside of your own that is both worthwhile and a ton of fun!

That's what lead me to writing, traveling, meeting crazy new couchsurfer friends and settling in SE Asia.

I love playing the guitar, drums, and bass. I tried the piano but fuck that. I love exploring new places, trying new things, getting in weird and uncomfortable spots, and crashing in homes with interesting and unknown people.

There's a difference between traveling the world and TRAVELING THE WORLD. One way is just seeing the same things in each place. The latter is the right way to do it.

Delving into the way that locals live, and seeing things through there eyes. I want to meet like-minded people, get some beers, have some fun, and live while we're alive.

Books- lord of the rings; guns, germs, and steel; freakonomics; look who's back;

Music- as a musician, it is my duty to love all kinds of music; however, my favorites are American blues, thrash metal, classic rock, celtic guitar, paganini, R&B, hip hop, etc

Movies- anything Tarantino and any terrible sci-fi movie. Movies like "giant mutant space spider vs zombie vacuum cleaner" are my personal guilty pleasures.
