Hello everybody, I'm a music man: when I stay with others I use to play any kind of instrument, even if my main is guitar. Sometimes I write down something but I mostly jam with friends.
I love to share, main point of my existence, sharing knowledge, thoughts, impressions, poems and get to know with them is the best way to improve personal skills, making, in every occasion your life better.
But it's not less important sharing emotions through food and social experiences; this is my aim when I stay with people. And here there's also the reason why I love cooking.
I like to learn languages and travelling, trying my best to get to know with culture, habits and costumes of people I meet during my trips.
I work as an sales employee in a furniture company in Milan.
I am a professional athlete of tug of war and I do work out 6 on 7.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Couchsurfing is based on confidence, that's one of my top values. It creates possibilities anywhere around the world, overcoming and jumping around misgivings that often societies like to impose.
World shouldn't have borders and should be "free to visit", but this is another topic.
Reconnecting with people is the essence of living.

Interests

As written above, I spend my free time learning and sharing exp with friends: music, cooking, languages are the most important. I prefer rock and all its sub-genres, cause I use to play that, but I also love classical and progressive music.
Through food I discover new worlds, new combinations and different view of cooking. Every place has its own "special food" so sharing it and explaining its history is really important.
I'm a nutrition passionate, for me the first rule is: "You are what you eat". (Of course there are exceptions travelling).
When travelling my attitude is to get to know as much as possible with the place where I am, being respectful of people's costume rules. So a drop-down result is that I try to learn the language, most of the time unconsciously.
I believe in human energy: equilibrium is the key, in order to find out your real inside person. As per nutrition, another extremely important activity is fitness: I regularly swim, do sports and trying to meditate with Yoga.
Briefly, what's important? Love yourself and people; take care of yourself, mentally and physically, and then take care of people.
I'm a deep thinker, focusing especially on sociology, psychology and environmental topics. Reading and gathering information must never stop.
I love animal, especially cats. No zoo please. No abuse please.

I listen to any kind of music, I prefer thriller movies and I usually read about philosophy, psychology and any kind of book that can teach you something about life.

I red many of Paulo Coehlo, Joestein Gaarder and Daniel Goleman.
Siddartha from Hermann Hesse is something great.
1984 from Orwell is a must.
Meditations from Marco Aurelio is another must.

Everything that deals with wellness and phytotherapy is what I usally read.

Also I red many thrillers and fantasy books.
