About Me
I can see no better way to spend my time than to walk around a city or hike through the countryside. I always stop in museums. History, travel, and nature are important to me. The clash of the old and new is beautiful.
I love to write, currently i'm working on a chronicle of my 5 Years of living and traveling abroad. www.hisyearsaway.wordpress.com. check it out.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
My partner and I recently returned from living in China and traveling Asia for the past 5 years. We are planning a road trip around the U.S to explore and reconnect. I want to know America like I've gotten to know China and I want to see it with this fresh perspective I have from reverse culture shock. I hope it never wears off.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Hiked the Annapurna Circuit in Nepal. 19 days moving through different types of terrain, crossing one of the highest mountain passes in the world and meeting incredible people along the trails and in the towns. Also exploring Kathmandu and Pokhara was amazing.
