About Me
Caught the traveling bug and it's becoming difficult to do anything else at this point in my life... I roadtripped across America before heading out to see some other countries (which is why I can't host at the moment). The more I talk to people the more I struggle with the idea that I'll never get to see and do all the incredible things this world (and its people) have to offer.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
This sounds like the best way to get immersed in local culture, hang out with local people, and make a new friend. I find hostels are a great way to meet people from different places and philosophies but what better way to get to know a place than through the eyes of someone who sees it regularly.
COUCH SURFING EXPERIENCE
Twice in South Korea and had a fantastic, educational, fun time on both occasions. 10/10 would do again.
Interests
I love learning idioms of other languages. Mountain biking, watching movies, Krav Maga, jokes, going to the gym, surfing, camping, really any kind of sport or physical adventure.

Music, Movies, and Books
I have eclectic tastes in music. My playlist can jump from Lynyrd Skynyrd to Skrillex to Hans Zimmer to Britney Spears to Elton John.
The Hunt for Red October is my favorite movie of all time. Two words: Sean. Connery.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I ended up spending most of my trip in Ireland with a 65 year old Scottish man I met in a hostel in Cork City. Johnney was a trip in and of himself. Without a phone number or email I recently tracked him down in Glasgow and he didn't just show me his city but a great way of life.
Teach, Learn, Share
Everything works out in the end. It's a lot nicer when it works out immediately and works out the way you wanted or hoped but everything eventually works out. Every time.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I'd like to think I'm a pretty decent, fun person, and my mantra is not to say "no". A friend in Edinburgh had never hiked up Arthur's Seat despite living there almost her entire life. Guess what we did within hours of my arrival?
