Hi!

Originally from France, I've been living in Montreal for almost 10 years now. As people from Québec would phrase it, I can say about this city that: "je l'aime d'amour", which basically translates to "I looooooove it". It's full of life, charming, open-minded, social, innovative and celebrates its cultural diversity. I like to think that I share some of the same traits.

What I enjoy the most is spending a summer afternoon with my friends, relaxing in the parc or playing football, though the window to do that is short in Canada. I'm curious and eager to learn new things, so I never get bored. But I don't like having my days planned in advance, and I enjoy room for some improvisation.

Particularly, I like playing and listening to music, cycling, learning languages, cooking (without hurting animals) and reading. Oh, and I'm kind of a football geek too.

I like you if you have an open mind, laugh and care about others. I like you less if you always complain, take yourself too seriously or like to hear yourself talk.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I find it way more interesting to explore a new city with tips about what locals do. Books mostly tell you about the mainstream part.
