ABOUT ME

I have travelled to about 40+ countries so far. I have lived in South America for the past 6 years. I have just left my last job and bused it from Mexico City to Panama City for two months. I have just come from a week in the Galapagos, expensive but fun. Heading home to the UK, to see family and to go to a wedding. Where I live and work next is anybody´s guess.

PHILOSOPHY

Make the most of life. Take risks but ultimately be responsible for your actions and don´t blame everybody else. Life can be a struggle, with few certainties and lots of injustices. Every day seems a new challenge, both in facing ourselves and engaging our world more authentically.

I have just started. A novice. Sounds like a great idea. Why did I not know about it before. A great way to meet people I imagine.

Interests

I like sports, the gym, outdoor life. I like to read a novel, strum guitar, watch a film, have a glass of wine- not all at the same time!

Music, Movies, and Books

I like most films but not too much horror. I tend to read in Spanish, as I read slowly and get into the story more. I have read all Harry Potter, David Copperfield, 100 years of solitude,...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Went to breakfast one day in Rome, only to find Mother Teresa serving me breakfast. Swam with sharks in the Galapagos (friendly sharks!)

Teach, Learn, Share

I just like to share from my experiences, whether it is practical knowledge of how to get from A-B, and where to stay etc like a lonely planet guide in the flesh, or whether it is to share at a more profound level from lifes experiences. I am always interested to learn about what others have learnt along life´s rich highway, at whatever level.
