ABOUT ME

I'm a 24 year old Peace Corps Volunteer in Morocco. Most days my work consists of interacting with local youth at a youth center in town where I teach english, play board games, and do some health related activities. In my spare time I like to be active outside. I'll run, bike, swim, play soccer, or do just about anything that involves physical activity.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

If anyone happens to be passing through my tiny town they are more than welcome to my couch and a free dinner. Any time I get a chance to leave Morocco though I'd love to get back to couch surfing. It's been a couple of years, but it was a good time.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I surfed my way through Europe for about a month in April 2011 and had a blast. Unfortunately, I've never really lived in a place that has drawn interest in visitors so I haven't gotten much of a chance to repay the favor.

Interests

I love being outside and playing sports, especially anything with the water. If you've ever heard of underwater hockey we'll get along great. I also have a soft spot for good food and cold beer.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Paragliding in Interlaken was a pretty good experience. It meant spending the last of my money and subsisting on plain rice for the last two days of my trip, but it was totally worth it.
