ABOUT ME

I am a very down to Earth person, quite spiritual and philosophical. I spend most of the time thinking and trying to better myself. Although I am often more focused on my thoughts, I love hanging out with people, discussing all sorts of stuff. I enjoy listening to music and discovering local bands. I am also a typical Netflix user, although I'm a hard critic on movies and TV shows. If you're into stuff like Interstellar, Donnie Darko or Pulp Fiction, then it is on baby!

One more thing: I am vegan. BUT, you should just go on ahead and pretend you did not see that, as it will NOT affect your life and I will not tell you how to eat, or even how to live. I can not stress it out enough: it a decision that I have taken for myself, and myself only.
Still, if you are opened to it, I can share amazing recipes with you!

PHILOSOPHY

I love developping theories in my head about what life is about and why we interact the way we do during our daily routine. I may sometimes have to remind myself that I do not own the truth, but I will still never try to convince anyone that my thoughts are worthier than theirs.
I believe life is about improving yourself and learning to take your place while making people around as comfortable as possible.

Couchsurfing allows us to go places while meeting people and that is simply fabulous! Getting an insight into the local way of life is amazing when you're traveling. I have met incredible people using this website and it has affected my life in many, many positive ways.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCES

I haved lived with many people I met on the road while hitchhiking throughout the USA and all of these people turned out to be a great influence to me. Most of my couchsurfing experiences were started by meeting people directly, therefore I have only had to use this website two or three times, notably in Charlotte and Atlanta (USA).

Interests

I play hockey since I'm young. I'm no Shea Weber, but I do try my best on the ice!
My main interest has always been writing and hopefully someday it will help me make a bit of coins.
I am a philosophical / spiritual discussion enthusiast.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music:
Most Jazz types, especially bebop, swingm, drums and fusion. Anything groovy will get my feet moving!
If I am having a bad day, Nujabes will help me get through it.
I am open to all kinds of music, so I also listen to a bit of everything.

Movies:
If one of these people worked on a movie, then there is no doubt I will like it:
Christopher Nola, Denis Villeneuve, Damien Chazelle, Quantin Tarantino, Jake Gyllenhaal.
Donnie Darko is a masterpiece.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I once smiled to a bus driver. I do not know what I was thinking! Just kidding.

I worked myself out of unhappiness and got to be the person I am today, and to me, this means a lot. Tomorrow, I will say the same thing but the achievement will be even bigger.
