ABOUT ME

I am a very laid back and easy going guy. I often get board staying in one place and doing one thing for too long. I believe the best thing about life is all the different expirences one can have.

Oh yeah, if my profile says I my last login was from somewhere in California or else where in the USA, it is because I am using a VPN. Currently, I am living and working in Chengdu, China and am about to embark on a long journey with my girlfriend, Erin.

Everything! Outdoors, animals (my family has two dogs: a chocolate lab and a lab jindo mix (honestly I don't know)), traveling, learning, literature (currently I'm reading a collection of Latin Amercan short stories from the 20th century), eating (I love all different kinds of food and am willing to try anything!), and music (all types and kinds--currently I have been digging Shakey Graves, a folk singer.) I also play the bass, banjo, and some guitar.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Wow! Well I believe that just in this last year, living and teaching in Chengdu I have done so many amazing things. This year was definitely a memorable expierence. By far one of the best moments was traveling through the small towns in Western Sichuan! It was vast, awe inspiring, and the views were amazing!

I believe life is one big learning expirence and am always looking to expand my knowledge. I love learning languages and I am always wanting to learn more and impove the ones I know. I am also willing to help people practice and learn English.
