Música, películas y libros

As a primary school teacher and from my degree in English, I have a passion for Children's Literature, particularly the more modern publications including authors such as JK Rowling, Lauren Child, Julia Donaldson, Raymond Briggs, Alan Ahlberg, Roald Dahl and David Walliams (to name just a distinguished few). It would be a dream for me to study alongside Micheal Rosen in this at Roehampton in Londond.
I do enjoy adult novels for pleasure as well and I am part of Book club who have most recently read (and love) Jeanette Winterson, David Nicholls and Terry Pratchett.
Musically, I'm renowned and reprehended for being a cheesemeister: Kylie, Madonna, David Guetta, LMFAO...

La Basilique du Sacré Coeur de Montmartre during a tour of Paris by Night in October 2000. The most spiritual moment of my life.

Sharing, reflecting and experiencing the Millenium celebrations of 2000 in Greenwich with my family.

The wonders and beauty of paradise, visiting four of the Hawaiian Islands (twice each!)

Believing that Tinkerbell was actually flying during the Fireworks display at Disneyland California!

Meeting many wonderful people from across Europe as part of an exchange programme in Bergen, Norway and then again in beautiful Oslo, Norway, meeting and learning so much for many different people and experiences.

Learning to kayak, rock climb, abseil and 'get lost' (orienteering) as part of outdoor pursuits/adventure weeks and then discovering that I could ski in Austria.

Growing so much as a leader, a learner, as a person, a as a human, studying a second degree in Psychology at Bangor University in North Wales.

Being a part of the London 2012 Olympic Opening Ceremony...
Then further going on to work with the athletes of the Paralympic Games as a marshal in the Paralympic Opening Ceremony...
And representing Denmark as a Flag Escort for Denmark, with the Flag Bearer, Jonas Larsen.
