I'm Kevin, a 24 year old guy that lives in a town called Herent in Belgium. There is not much to do in Herent, nearby cities are Leuven and Mechelen.

I'm a big sports fan, i watch a lot of football and cyclism since i was a kid. I'm always up for new adventures, meeting new people, places and cultures.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I think CS is a great way to meet new people from around the world. It's like traveling and meeting local people and their friends everywhere. I've only experience as a surfer so far, but i'd love to host people in the future when i have my own place.

So far I've met some really nice people. Some I still keep in touch with, and hope to meet again in the future. I always try to spend some time with hosts if their schedule let them. I dislike "I just need a place to sleep"-people, thats not what CS is about for me.

It's about sharing and caring, meeting awesome people, discovering new interests and cultures...

* Africa roadtrip: travelling 1 month in Zimbabwe,Botswana,Namibia and South Africa
* Backpack through Eastern Europe: travel from Greece to Belgium with a backpack through Bulgaria,Romania,Hungary,Slovakia,Austria,Czech Republic and Germany meeting a lot of couchsurfing hosts on the road.
