About Me
Not sure what to write here. I'm just a regular guy from a huge chunk of land in the east coast of South America (i.e. Brazil). I'm a bit shy, but I'm a cool lad, I promise. ;)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Getting to know new places and people from other countries has always fascinated me ever since I was a little boy -- I remember watching documentaries on TV and being fascinated about all kinds of places in the overseas. I think couchsurfing could be a good mean to satisfy my ever-growing wanderlust. :)
Not to mention Brazilians are known for being warm-hearted and receptive, so I hope I can live up to the stereotype. ;D

Music, Movies, and Books
That would be a really really long list, believe me... Summing up, when it comes to music I'm really into alternative and experimental music (huge Björk fan) but I can listen to (almost) anything. I also love world music... I love listening to typical popular music such as rembetiko and fado.
As for books, I really like fantasy books... or anything about history and philosophy!
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
At the age of 19 I crossed the ocean to live by myself in Portugal for a few months as part of my bachelor's degree, thus I also got the chance to travel a bit around Europe -- it was a dream come true and the best experience I've ever had! :)
Teach, Learn, Share
I'm very enthusiastic about my native language so I can always teach you some Portuguese if you like. :) I love learning languages, actually. I'm currently learning Greek and Italian.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can cook rather well with the right ingredients. I'm very enthusiastic about history, politics and linguistics so I guess I'm also very good to talk to if you're into these subjects as well. If you're interested, I can tell you anything you want about life in Brazil and South America.
Also, I'm a very good listener so I guess I can talk about anything. :D
