About Me

Hello Couchsurfers!

I am currently an exchange student in architecture in Copenhagen and originally from Montreal Canada. I grew up in the french side of Montreal and when to school in French as well. My two main interests are design and outdoors and I can talk about it for hours. For the rest, I am an easygoing and open minded person that loves to travel especially when it is with locals or planned at the last minute.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have traveled to many countries and my most memorable trips are the ones I have done with friends from the place. I truly think that visiting a city has much more potential when it is not done in the touristic way. And the best way to do that in my opinion is to meet locals and couchsurfing is a perfect solution.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love to go to independant movie theaters where the main purpose is not to make to most money out of their projections.
I love any book from Agatha Christie!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

In July 2017, me, my boyfriend and my college friend hiked a 340 km long trail called the John Muir Trail in California. It passes through Yosemite National Park, Sequoia National Park and Kings Canyon National Park. These 3 weeks in the wilderness of the Sierra Nevada in California may be the most beautiful landscapes I'll ever see in my life!

Teach, Learn, Share

My next project is to learn either Spanish or German. My little brother knows more languages than me and I am trying to catch up on him!

What I Can Share with Hosts

I consider myself as a respectful person and I feel extremely grateful when a host accepts to welcome me in their home. I don't usually plan my trips in advance so I am open to do any activity in the city or go have a cup of coffee. I understand that some hosts find it irritating when people just come to crash in their couch for the night.
Nevertheless, I can also make myself more discrete as I always bring a book with me!
