ABOUT ME

I live life to the edge but don't cross over if i can help it. I am an amateur radio operator and my call sign is KF7MSJ and i get to talk all around the globe for free.

i love the outdoors and go hiking on a regular basis as well as mountain biking and kayaking on the lake and rivers around my house.

I love traveling and getting to know different cultures ... TRYING new foods. Their was a noodle dish i had in Aussie which was called "beef specialty" I asked our host what was in it he said liver, lung , tendons shoulder, and a few other things I thought the texture was amazing. the lung was especially good. Lets put it this way i will eat anything you put in front of me t least once no point in not trying.

I am 6feet tall and weigh in at 155 so I am a healthy guy who does watch his sweets or tries 2 anyway.

PHILOSOPHY

I live on the edge, I feel that their is no point going though existence sitting on a couch watching tv going to work and returning to the tv.

Get off the couch and go on a hike go downtown at midnight take a few risks trust some people and live

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I will participate in my circumnavigation of the globe which I hope to do for under 10 grand US. I want to learn the culture from the local point of view and not the tourist i know that some of the 3rd world countries are making cents per day i want to understand how they do it live in their shoes for my travels. I want to be the foreigner

I am interested more than anything else about peoples stories who they are where they come from were they are going.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love all music its not on all the time I also enjoy the sound of nature. Little of everything in moderation. can only take so much of one kind of thing for so long before it has to change. I keep my music on shuffle 90% of the time. I have every genre in my library.

I am like a sponge little things i find interesting I typically jump in with both feet most of the time. I am ether in fully or not at all. I don't like to be wishy washy and unless their is a good reason for it I am early never late
I hate being late. I don't like waiting on people if i can help it.

I like to get things moving example: if its not broken don't fix it.
