Overview
About Me
I'm a part time professional and full time dabbler in several things. I write reviews of hotels and restaurants as a side job and also make pins and buttons. Soon I hope to be hosting a podcast and writing more.
Whenever possible, I travel. I also eat and drink. I love trying new restaurants and bars. Once a week, I do bar trivia (I'm very good at 90s music and a few other useless things).
I have an old, sluggish cat here too.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
To share experiences and conversation. And to make traveling more pleasant and easier for everyone. Money shouldn't be a major hindrance to exploring the world.
I also prefer the personal aspect of Couchsurfing. When I travel, I want to see and live just like a local. I don't want a bland, tourist's view of a city, I want the the real stuff.
For hosting, Tucson can be a wonderful town with some tips. I've got a comfortable home and would love to make new friends.
Interests
It's pretty much good food and good drinks. I also try to see live music when I can.
