Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I really enjoy travelling - one of the reasons being the people and how it allows one to open up their minds/perspectives. Couchsurfing is a great community that provides the opportunity to understand local cultures and meet local people..in a safe way. Why wouldn't someone be on couchsurfing is the real Q?

Looking to travel after what seems like aeons to the Women's World Cup in Australia. Hopefully a chance to meet locals and broaden my horizon :)
