Hey everyone! My name is Yulia, I am a grad student having previously worked in legal sphere, NGOs, project management and empirical research. I have studied law and sociology in Moscow, Saint-Petersburg, Leuven and Lisbon. I am originally from Kazan, a beautiful city in Russia. Passionate about traveling and meeting new people.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I like to meet people and make connections to places through people ;) I also like to host people and/or show them the place I live in, but that really depends on where I am at the moment.

I have had the most amazing experience of seeing the world with couch surfing and would like to contribute to this amazing idea!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have spent two weeks in the Northern part of Russia, sleeping in tents in various villages on the White Sea during the Polar day.
