I am a simple minded individual who loves to be in contact with nature and to experience life to the fullest through meditation. I love sharing with others my teaching experience and from these experiences I have written and I am still writing books.
Since I have traveled and lived abroad for a very long time I feel I have become a citizen of the world with no particular identification to a place, nationality or else. I truly believe in learning to detach from wordly matters aiming toward spirituality while on this physical plane.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I do have a little casita which, I can arrange for a few days throughout the year and because I like to meet people.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have raised three amazing children, I have written books, I have planted trees and plants, I have traveled all over the world, I have met incredible people and visited beautiful places and I have loved.

I teach, learn and share my experience with Qigong, Zazen and Eastern phylosophies.

What I Can Share with Hosts
