Born in Cambodia and adopted at the age of 3 by my lovely family in Wisconsin. A few things I enjoy include cooking, dancing, music, and conversation. I grew up working in my family's restaurant in just about every position accept line cook and I have absolutely loved working for my family's business. Personality wise, I am outgoing and spontaneous! I am always down to try new things and go on adventures (small or big!)!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I find how people live depending on where they do interesting. I learned ab CS through youtube and word of mouth when I was researching backpacking. and was mind blown because it’s such a great idea. Creating a platform to make connections, share your world, and learn about others. to meet really awesome people and try new things. Cheap travel and enriching experiences and relationships to be made.

I love all music but my type is Indie and alternative.

I like songs you can sing to and I love to sing, if I'm in a pretty good mood I'll be singing or humming and sometimes I won't realize it. I also love jam sessions (listening and creating).

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One of my best experiences was when I volunteered through All Hands and Hearts in Yabucoa, Puerto Rico. Which is where Hurricane Maria first hit in 2017. Where I helped seal a roof, Desanitized (demolded) houses and a church, and where I helped clean up a baseball field where the Carribean Cup (baseball mini-series) will take place this year for the first time in two years. I only spent a month in Puerto Rico but it changed my life, I definitely would love to return there as well as work on another All Hands and Hearts Project.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Good Conversation and genuine friendship.

I can take you to Milwaukee festivities. In the summer every week on the water downtown there are festivals. In Milwaukee, you can find things to do like ice skating and Museums and good food.
Wisconsin has lakes and ski hills and in my opinion, every drive is a scenic drive. Mostly farms and farmland but IDK I think it's pretty but that might be just me.
