I'm from Germany with Vietnamese roots, very laid back and I like to think easygoing. I've just graduated from university, despite being so laid back, and am starting a PhD in a few months. I would like to make the most of this summer seeing as it could be the last big holiday before I slave myself trying to cure cancer. I haven't had many opportunities to travel interesting places and meet interesting people recently, and couchsurfing seems like the ideal way to do just that.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Wild camping in a forest in the Alps, while hiding from the farmer, and then waking up to the sounds of cows and sheep!

Teach, Learn, Share

I am happy to teach a bit of German or Vietnamese, give insights into the amazing world of medical imaging, and show you that Physics is more than just a subject you didn't enjoy at school. I am keen to learn about anything and everything!

What I Can Share with Hosts

Perhaps there is time for a home cooked meal - that will probably contain aubergine and mushroom. Otherwise it could be a pad thaim ;)
