ABOUT ME
I was born in Hawaii, moved to Japan, moved back to the U.S.A. then moved to Vancouver, British Columbia and am now in Maryland. Hoorah! I am in school studying Media Communications, after I graduate I will be teaching abroad in Russia and Ukraine. I hope to travel as much as I can during the next few years and then finally move back home to Seattle, Washington.
I work as a Photographer and Photo Assistant. I photograph Congressional Hearings, Events and Editorial Jazz in Washington DC and assist Editorial, Architectural and Food Photographers in the Maryland - DC area. Quite exciting!
PHILOSOPHY
"Although prepared for martyrdom, I preferred that it be postponed."
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
None yet, but I will hopefully have the opportunity to host as well surf in the near future.
Interests
I am an avid Longboard enthusiast and enjoy going really really fast down hills. I play many varieties of video games. I would thoroughly enjoy throwing down in a game of Call of Duty or Halo you pick the time and the game.
More than anything I love to be outdoors and would prefer to be outside all the time either traveling or just in the mountains. I enjoy going on random adventures into the woods, swimming in lakes, mountain biking and being barefoot. And Food..I love food.

Ted Leo and the Pharmacists
The Flatliners
Streetlight Manifesto
Catch 22
Strike Anywhwere
Neutral Milk Hotel

I have been meaning to read a book about Pirates...that would be cool.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I made three soccer goals on Nikademus...It was pretty epic...
Teach, Learn, Share
I can make a pretty awesome Maple Salmon dinner and am willing to share my secrets. Also I can pass on my mean longboarding skills to those who want to give it a try.
I could also help in the realm of photography too and answer as many questions as I can.
If someone could help teach me Russian that would be awesome. You can only teach yourself so much.
