ABOUT ME
(Update: cannot host for a couple ofweeks or months)

My name's Mathieu, 38. I used to rock, but like, kick ass you know. But I got old, and then slowly became dull and annoying.

I'm a genuine John Doe, being like everybody else, you know, but I try to have that extra something that put a spark in life. Unfortunately I quite often fail to.

I paint walls sometimes. I read books most of the time. I'm a huge fan of animated series, the worst possible of course (Archer, Bojack, South Park and all), so that makes me irritating sometimes with the lamest puns and the wit of an underachiever (I was about to write "retarded" but I felt like it could be offensive, in case you are retarded yourself).

About hosting me: I promise I'll behave. Come on... Pleaaaaase. That's it. Atta boy :)

About hosting you: I don't mind you're cute, hairy, big, small, tall or even red haired, you smoke, you don't, you're vegan, butcher or even from Arkansas. I just require:

- you love cats. Mine at least, I don't actually give a damn about other cats (except yours off course, wich is at least as magnificent as the fury disaster that is mine). This is not negotiable.

- you don't piss me off (make sure you're super cool). Or, if you DO piss me off, then... I guess it's just too bad, ain't it ?

- you don't ask me permission to do this or that. Except.... well I don't know. So ask. Sometimes.

- you respect the ultra-basic and simple rules of (minimum not pathologic) cleaness and a sustainable level of noise.

And there is plenty of times when I cannot host. For some reasons, that are really none of your business. But in case you mind I commute every week between Marseille and Paris, so I'm not always home and able to host.

I regularly host and surf couches.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I hosted a bunch of people. I was very mean to them but thanks to a secret electronic device, I erased their memories so that they vouched me or left some nice words on my page. But it's actually lies.

I was also hosted throughout the world, and most of the time I behaved myself. Mostly. But I'm super cool, so it's fine in the end.

A comfy place, tons of tips, an extended knowledge of the area and its history. And I can also offer booze (or drugs if that's really what you're into, but come on, you need to go to rehab, and clean up your act). I can also learn you how to make stencils. Because that's what I do.
