I'm a happy young lady studying contemporary art; specifically photography and video art. I love travelling, laughing and acting like a d*ckhead, and dirty humour.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm living with my mum on a temporary basis, so I can't host unfortunately. But I am happy to meet up with travellers to Perth and show them some of my favourite spots in the city!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

So far my experience has been really positive! Going to a new place and having a local show you the best places, speak the language and know the area makes such a difference. The simple tourist route with hotels and tourist traps doesn't do it for me.

Music, Movies, and Books

Favourite movie of all time: Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind. My god, Michel Gondry - have my babies? I also love 500 Days of Summer, The Hangover, Lars and the Real Girl, I Heart Huckabees, Into the Wild, Superbad, Borat, Forgetting Sarah Marshall. Music - being an Australian I'm quite proud of Aussie music! I'm especially into Gotye at the moment. Favourites include: TV on the Radio, Hot Chip, The XX, Patrick Watson, Arcade Fire, Matt and Kim, Death Cab for Cutie, The Postal Service, Spoon, Broken Social Scene, Radiohead, Angus and Julia Stone, MGMT, The Black Keys, The Temper Trap, Sleigh Bells, Lykke Li, Bon Iver.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The Capilano Suspension bridge and rainforest outside of Vancouver took my breath away.
