Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Couchsurfing was introduced to me when I was just a young sprout. My dad, Arik, is a CSing ambassador, so if you've stayed in Rapid City since 2007(ish), you've probably stayed with us. We almost always had surfers in our home, often several parties at a time. It was always a very regular part of my life, so it's something I would like to continue. I firmly believe that traveling should include meeting people, making friends, experiencing new things, and creating memories. This site has brought me all of those things, whether I've been the one surfing or hosting. I hope to bring them to others as well.

Interests

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I kissed General Sherman, the largest tree on Planet Earth. I performed music in Disneyland. I climbed the Cathedral Spires in SoDak.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you to make amazing guacamole, tikka masala, and the best damn macaroni and cheese you've ever had. I can give you tips on drawing and painting (although it's something I can't teach, practice is key.)

I would love to learn anything you would care to teach.

I can play Hot Cross Buns on just about anything you give me.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can cook just about anything, and if I can't, I sure will try. I'd be happy to make you dinner. And I'll clean everything up afterwards, too.
