Overview
About Me
I'm a student looking to explore new places with the help of locals, the people that know these places better than anyone. Full time education doesn't leave much time for adventures so I'm really trying to make the most of the time I have off. I love enjoying the music, art, culture and FOOOOD of the places I go and I'm just looking forward to practising my languages especially in context!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Being a student it can be hard to find affordable places to stay while being abroad so couch surfing just really helps when trying to travel on a budget. More than anything though it's just exciting to be able to learn about an area from the people that live there, I always feel like recommendations of places to go and eat mean a lot more from people that really know the area.

Music, Movies, and Books
My favourite artist at the moment is definitely 'Still Woozy' he's such a great artist to listen to especially in the sun and the mood of his music always makes me relaxed and comfortable. Definitely a favourite when I'm cooking as well, do recommend. Movies: my die hard favourite family film is 'Gladiator', I used to always watch it with my family. Definitely among the top ten would be 'La Haine', 'The Blind Side', 'Limitless' and 'Age of Adeline'. As far as books go my favourite that I've read is called 'Home Going' by Yaa Gyasi it's an absolute masterpiece.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
As far as amazing things go I'm not sure I have much to show! But I'd say my favourite life, thing/ adventure would probably be hiking an expedition in Snowdonia National Park, possibly one of my favourite places on the planet that I've seen so far, no question.
Teach, Learn, Share
I'd love to teach/learn French, I'm basically fluent but sometimes colloquial speaking of a region can really be a challenge. It's really one of my passions and a skill I really value and appreciate. My Spanish is very VERY beginner I'm only just learning individual words with the occasional sentence so that's definitely something I'd love to learn.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I'd love just to share music, books, food and overall life stories. I'm so aware that there's still loads to learn and experience and I'd love to chat to the hosts about the cool things they've done in their lives, I'm sure there's some funny stories to be shared!
