...............
I’m a 39 year old architect who want to introduce to my 7 year old son all the things that I enjoy; playing music, dancing, learning languages and exploring the nature.
I entered the couch surf community in the summer of 2018 when I made a trip by train from Stockholm to Yverdon-les-Bains, Switzerland. We were happy to get to see friends in Sweden, Denmark and Germany along the way. My at the time 3 year old was joining me and it was exciting for him too to discover the change of language as we moved south, town by town. He is bilingual (French/Swedish) and he just gained insight that there exist people who don’t understand Swedish. Can you imagine?! 😉 It’s a marvelous journey that I get to share with him!
Offering my couch to an unknown friend has become, although it wasn’t the initial reason why I got into the CS community, also is a way to contribute to a more efficient use of our common resources.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
My son’s father, who’s a couch surfer host veteran, has inspired me to try this out. I’d like to let my son “travel” at home, as we host people from around the world.
