ABOUT ME

I am a jack-of-all-trades. Ask anybody ive met in the last few months travelling... I can do lots of things. Fixing stuff, cleaning, cooking, socializing, promoting, bartending, massaging, filming etc... you name it and ive probably done it.. at least once! Im a vegetarian who can cook a friggin mean steak, fix your toilet, look after your kids, pump up your bike tires, do an oil change on your car, hook up your computer all in one day! although a busy day it may be!

PHILOSOPHY

Watch out for the signs... they will always point you in the right direction.

And...

Always follow your heart... duh... it knows a lot better than your head.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I enjoy opening my home to travelers... I am still traveling myself and I know how it feels to arrive somewhere and have somebody show you around or let you stay at their home. It saves money, times, energy... on top of being able to see and experience things I never would have found without having experienced the area from the eyes of a local.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've stayed with some great people so far... who totally changed my opinion of humanity, traveling and whatever city I was visiting.

I've also had quite a few people in my couch seeing as I seem to be one of the only people in the old city of Dubrovnik. Always great to meet new people, and it's always been a pleasure to be a host in a foreign city.

兴趣

Cooking, fixing stuff, mountain biking, scuba diving, snowboarding, exploring!, having great chats until the wee hours of the morning, learning about new cultures, finding odd jobs around the world, flying by the seat of my pants!

I read mostly non fiction books about sailing... when I do read. that or fix it yourself manuals form the library.

I want to learn about other cultures. I am extremely disatisfied with North American culture and yearn for another societal experience. I am really good at councelling people. People say I am an old soul in a young body... so who knows what I may be able to help you through.
