Former E-Commerce Director for large cooperate company with strong marketing and business aptitude in the online realm. Now I run my own company. Also I LOVE food and have been an ELITE member of Yelp for 3 years. I was lucky to get myself invited to the Yelp Spring Break week in Miami an early April and see some of the best food and drinks Miami has to offer :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Get to experience a city/culture through someone else's eyes. I also believe every person I come into contact with has wisdom to pass to me and I have some way of assisting them in reaching/discovering their destiny in life. Hotels don't offer this type of interaction as well as a place like this.

Interests

Working out has become a passion for me since 2010 when I was over 250+ pounds. I can now run 10 miles, bike 30, and participate in Crossfit 6x a week. I am now in the best shape of my life and it feels great!! I no longer take highly caffeinated drinks to stay energized. Life does that for me!!

- Back home I lead a running group of 170+ members on a weekly basis.
- I also lead a free CrossFit style bootcamp for the community every Saturday. (This takes away the excuse of "I don't have the money" to do fitness!!)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

- Rebuilt a school near Dublin, Ireland.
- Laid tile flooring for college dorms in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
- Tore down concrete walls from an old apartment building near Berlin, Germany to renovate into a church, & cruised the Alaskan waters.
- Went to London for 8 days and crashed at a guys house that I met at a Tony Robbins conference while attending an internet marketing conference.
- Helped setup a blog for an unemployed research scientist which revitalized that spark in him again to do great things that I met in a Boston hostel.
- Flown in a private jet once and would love to travel that way all the time.

Teach, Learn, Share

Every person I've met has always taught me something about life. It's why I've always enjoyed Hostels. Just came back from Boston where I met a genius of a research scientist that had left his old life in a messy divorce to start over again from nothing on the other side of the country. People continue to amaze me.
