Overview
About Me
I suppose I would consider myself to be outgoing, since I'm trying my best to step out of my comfort zone, and I certainly enjoy being around new and interesting people!
Also I'm a physics student from California, looking to transfer to a university in Germany. I'm trying very hard to learn German, so I can converse decently, but I find myself asking 'what does that mean?' a little too often. I could use all the help I can get. ^.^'
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm traveling Europe for the summer, and I may need a place to stay at times. And of course, I love meeting new people, which Couchsurfing is perfect for.
Interests
I'm pretty big on anything science. Oh, also I write orchestral music! And I'm totally interested in exploring new places, since I've only seen a very small fraction of the world.

Music, Movies, and Books
Favorite Music: Owl City
Favorite Movie: Frozen (sorry!)
Favorite Book: 1984 (one of the only novels I've read all the way through, sadly)
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I hiked to the peak of Mt. Disappointment! The view was beautiful! Unfortunately, I was not disappointed at all! :D
Teach, Learn, Share
I'm a novice Android developer, so if you want to learn how to code, it would be my pleasure! Also I'm a math tutor, so if you or your kids need help with homework or whatever, I'll be happy to help! Also I teach karate, so I could teach you how to kick butt! Although, if you can help me with my German, French, or Dutch that would be great too. :)
What I Can Share with Hosts
I'm good at making omelettes! Cooking anything else is usually hit-or-miss for me, but I'd be happy to cook if you'd like!
