I am a 21 year old university student from the US on exchange in Portugal from my university in Istanbul. One day I hope to become a diplomat, by last count I have traveled to 24 countries and lived in 4.

Por que estou no Couchsurfing?

I am couch surfing because I want to travel the world and meet new people. I have been on several exchange programs and I really enjoy the experience of staying with actual locals as opposed to hotels. In the US my family has hosted many exchange students and had foster kids so I am used to living with new people.
