Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love people! Meeting new people, hearing their stories, bonding, sharing my stories, interacting with them, basically anything people... I love that feeling you get when you genuinely connect with someone. It's truly magical and something that doesn't happen often enough, especially in the technological world we live in today.
I appreciate it immensely when someone opens their home to me as I know you don't know me from Adam, or vice versa. So to be able to travel on a budget and meet some amazing new friends along the way is probably the most blessed thing that could happen on a trip. So if I do meet you one day... know that I am very grateful and thank you in advance.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

•Dropped everything fresh out of uni, moved to another continent to travel, explore, and grow as an individual.
•Met an amazing family while hitchhiking in Scotland, became part of their family for the week and am now going surfing with them in Morocco ❤
•I have a clown... for those of you who know theatre... for those of you who don't I swear I'm not crazy... her name is Flo. And she's so hilariously ridiculous. Ask me about her. I bet you'll learn something new from her.

Teach, Learn, Share

I am a high school teacher (drama/theatre/physical education) to be exact. So I'm constantly evolving through my practice... I had vowed to myself to be a life long learner when I became a teacher because I never want to be stuck in one place.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can share Canadian culture and lots of stories, potentially offer you a place to stay upon a visit to Canada (depending on if you're in my area), and provide good chat with a friendly energy 😊
I'm not a free loader... so I like to make charcuterie and share over a good bottle of wine (white or red.. no preference for me!)... so look forward to that!
