Aloha friends! My name is Kiersten Gillmore (but everybody calls me Kiki) and I have been living on Big Island for about a year, and have been so incredibly blessed by this place. I work alot, but in my off time I love to do anything pertaining to the ocean. I have four surf boards and would love to share if anyone is ever in Pahoa area and wants to surf. I also just got a new cannon and I am looking for some exploring buddies who might know how to use the bad boy and give me some tips. Although I LOVE big I, I have yet to visit any of the other islands, and I am ready to finally explore them and make new friends around all of Hawaii!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love to travel, see new places, and different cultures, and meet new people; basically I love opening myself up to the potential of great experiences! Through my travels I have learned how important networking and reaching out to others is, for we are all experiencing different stories and by opening up to these relationships we are able to grow as people. That,s why I think couch surfing is the. best. thing. ever!

I have friends who work for Kalapana Cultural tours, doing tours to the surface flow. If your ever in the area hit me up and we can go hunt for some lava!!
