About Me

I'm a 25 years old sudent of Political Science in Marburg, Germany. Before I went to university I graduated a journalism school in Munich and worked as an editor. Currently I am still working as a freelance jounalist for german newspapers and magazines.

In my spare time I love listening to music (mostly heavy metal, but I am open for other kinds of music, too). I love nature and to walk around town. Sometimes aimlessly. I like meeting new people and am pretty open minded. I am a big fan of communication too: If there is any problem, just tell me and we`ll work it out.

I really enjoy cooking and my roommates/hosts/guests are always welcome to eat with me!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

In autumn 2019 I will start a semester abroad at the University of Helsinki and am looking for a place (or places) to live. I am quite uncomplicated and don't need much to be happy. although I am always glad about contact to nice people :)

Music, Movies, and Books

I love old rock music from the 1960ies, 70ies and 80ies: Wishbone Ash, Led Zed Zeppelin, Jethro Tull, Rolling Stones... Heavy Metal classics like Iron Maiden and newer Stoner/Psychedelic bands and singers: Wight, Jex Thoth, Hällas... Pretty much everything that is loud and melodic.

I am a big fan of Science Fiction in movies and literature: Books by and movies based on Philipp K. Dick and Isaak Asimov, Ready Player One (the book!!!!), the Netflix-series Dark. Mostly dark dystopian stuff. I'm going to write my bachelor thesis on "political ecomy in science fiction".
