I'm am introvert person, but try to be aware of the people and things which surround me. Most of the time I'm cheerful and carry good vibes with me (in my backpack or pockets).

-music, both listening and improvising with different instruments; I've been playing the drums and the balalaika more frequently.
-dancing, yoga, meditation
-cooking and eating, I enjoy finding about healthy foods and natural health remedies.
-making massage and receiving, since I'm a refexotherapist as well.
-the arts in general, most of all the crazy experimental part.
