We are Ivona and Jan, 30 and 33, both teachers from Croatia. Ivona teaches Croatian and Jan is an English teacher.
At the moment, we are in process of relocating to Dublin.
Jan used to host people in a big apartment as a student, but now we have a joint profile. We are currently interested in travelling and exploring the world, but as soon as we settle in a place of our own, we'll welcome and host other travellers!

Interests

We love to cook (and sometimes photograph our creations), listen to good music and drink good beer (and wine!).
While we are staying in a new place, we love to explore the local culture and customs and see the typical tourist attractions as well as the more secluded places only the locals can show us.

Music: all kinds; classic rock, metal and punk, as well as pop.
Shakira, Blues Traveler, The Who, Rolling Stones, Ghost and many more.

Books: sadly, we don't read as much as we used to, but some of our favourite writers include Dostoyevsky, Maupassant, Jane Austen, Vonnegut, Cormac McCarthy and Hunter Thompson.

Movies: we are really bad at remembering the movies that we liked but some that come to mind are The Parasite, John Wick, Pulp Fiction, Groundhog Day, Stonehearst Asylum...
TV shows that we like include Friends, Full and Fuller House are our (Ivonas!) guilty pleasure, You, Rick and Morty, Cable Girls, Twilight Zone, Dark, Stranger Things, Gilmore Girls, Archer, South Park...

Teach, Learn, Share

We can teach you some languages, photography and show you how to cook something!
If you want to teach us something, we'll be more than glad to accept it.

What I Can Share with Hosts

We are clean and well behaved and we respect you, your friends and your home. We can help around the house or cook something if you'd like. If you want to talk we'll be happy to, but in case you don't we can keep for ourselves and stay out of your way as much as we can.
