About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Trying to put 48 hours in a day of 24 hours for my last days in Singapore!
ABOUT ME
I knit, but only scarves (quite useless in Singapore though). I guess knitting only scarves save my friends the difficult task of finding an excuse not to wear the ugly sweaters I would knit for them!
I enjoy nice food and love cooking (French cliché)/experimenting new recipes.
Although I'm living in a city, I really enjoy quiet and peaceful countrysides !
PHILOSOPHY
Be cheeky, forget about shame, dare…
"Life's battles don't always go to the stronger or faster man. But sooner or later the man who wins, is the man who thinks he can."(Vince Lombardi)
Smile! A smile is cheap and can lead to big things.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
It's a bit difficult for me to offer a couch in Singapore at the moment. If I can't host, I would still be very pleased to meet CS travellers stopping by Singapore !
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Travelled with couchsurfers and met CS members in Singapore.
Interests
I love Art, enjoy spending time in museums and particularly like old kilims (hence my nickname on this website). I like walking in cities to discover nice little streets and little details. I tend to never use a map and can walk randomly for hours, just observing. I dance (flamenco, tango, chacha and paso doble) and ride horses.
Also, I love meeting new people which is why I’m always happy to meet couchsurfers!

Music, Movies, and Books
Movies: Amelie/Le fabuleux destin d’Amélie Poulain in French (French cliché, again), Michel Gondry's movies and particularly Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind !
Music: from classical music to rock music (avoiding RnB)Books: I like old French literature like Balzac, Flaubert, Baudelaire and Zola. I also enjoy reading Le Clézio and Boris Vian.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Sunset on the sea somewhere between Cape Cod and the skyscrapers of Boston.
Riding a horse on the beach or in manades in Camargue!
