Hey!

I was born and raised in the lovely little progressive city of Ghent. My parents are both Russian, so I was brought up with both Dutch and Russian. Also, I was interested with English/American culture as a kid, so learned English very early on.

I'm very into stuff that makes me feel emotions aka any form of art! Music is my first love.
And I want to live as ethical and aware as possible so I try to live a vegan, fairtrade, zero waste, etc. life style.
I'm also very social and get energy from meeting people :)

Extra trivia about me: I got elected friendliest person of the year when I graduated high school! So, I'm very easy going :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I see the planet as one big home for all of us, so I'm hoping to see and learn from as many places, people and experiences as possible!

Interests

I've been vegan for 5 years now and also try to reduce my ecological foot print on the world. Thrift shops are my heaven.
