About Me

Hi there! I started exploring the world in 2018 and have worked as a digital nomad while traveling. Animals hold a special place in my heart, and my commitment to a vegan lifestyle stems from a deep respect for all beings. With every destination, I embrace diverse cultures, savoring each unique experience.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

After traveling for several years, I want to make Taiwan my home. I'm excited to learn more about the country's culture and language. Couchsurfing can help me meet local friends who can show me around and teach me more about Buddhism, something I've been interested in since childhood.

Interests

I love being outdoors and staying active, whether hiking, yoga, or just enjoying nature. I feel connected to Buddhism; it's what guides me spiritually. I believe in a healthy lifestyle, enjoying good food, and staying active. I also love letting loose at parties and festivals occasionally, especially when there's music to dance to. It's all about balance for me—nourishing my body and soul while having fun.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

A memorable experience from my travels: I was stuck in a Covid lockdown in India for a whole year. Surprisingly, it became one of my life's most inspiring times. It was a period of unexpected growth and learning, teaching me resilience and offering unique insights into life's unpredictability.

Another unique experience on my travels: While staying with a roommate in Colombia from an indigenous community, I learned a beautiful belief they hold dear: that everyone is born with a unique gift. They call it 'following your inner river.' I discovered that my gift lies in connecting with and nurturing animals. Embracing this, I've found immense joy in caring for our animal friends, feeling fulfilled by contributing to their well-being.

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm diving into learning Mandarin, and although I'm just starting, I'm enthusiastic about the language. If you're up for a language exchange, I can help with German or English!

What I Can Share with Hosts

I teach yoga, which helps me stay calm and happy. If you're curious about yoga, I'd love to show you some poses! I could also show you how to start working online, so if you need advice, I'm here to help. And I'm good at making healthy and yummy vegan food, so let's cook together!
