Hello, my name is Kim
I grew up in Bergen on the west coast of Norway. I have previously lived and studied in Wales and I am currently doing my bachelors degree in Shanghai, China. I do some part time work in a bar and I'm a soccer coach. I really enjoy travelling and seeing new and exciting places as well as I enjoy meeting new people and encounter different cultures.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I really want to see new places and meet interesting people across the globe. I believe couchsurfing is a brilliant way to do this and that it will help me learn more about different cultures and to learn more about myself. Friends of me have recommended me to try it and I have heard very good things about couchsurfing, and I must say, I am intrigued

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I impulsively decided to move to China to volunteer as a football coach in Shanghai for three months after watching the James Bond movie Skyfall. A decision which would later lead to me moving to China to study.

Ps. I also once delivered pizzas dressed as a penguin.
