Overview
About Me
Curious, fun-loving, dreamer. Live music and public events is what I love about Chicago. When home I enjoy chilling with the family, friends, or watching tv. I have a large extended family and we are generous in spirit and love to share our lives with others.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I heard about the CS experience at a festival in Chicago and thought it was quite interesting that people connect with others from around the world in such an intimate setting, as their homes. I've met some of the kindest, most caring people in my travels and always great to meet people who have that genuine spark in their eyes and in their hearts.

Music, Movies, and Books
I enjoy different genres of music, but the blues lights me up! I'm awesome on the air guitar. You should hear me play. One of my favorite non-fiction authors is Pastor John Maxwell. He has an amazing way to take everyday situations and help you navigate the storms of your life. I've joined book clubs that mostly focus on fiction works, but I have rarely read or even finished the books. I stopped joining those book club groups!
Mini-series and film genres I enjoy include action, adventure, drama, faith-based, thriller: Industry, Hannah, Hunters, Suits, Undercover
Movies: The Upside, The Healer, The Lamp
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I took an adventure on one of the tallest zip lines in the world.
Teach, Learn, Share
I enjoy hearing and sharing ideas and points of view. My life experiences keep me open to enjoying life and people. Cooking together, laughing through live comedy or on the screen is a great way to lighten up a day or night!
