ABOUT ME

I grew up in a little town called Francistown in Botswana. Loved it so much but small towns become suffocating when you're older and are not as much fun anymore. So I went to boarding school in Pretoria, South Africa and then to university in Grahamstown, South Africa.

I am always looking for new ways to travel and see the world. Right now I'm an Au Pair in America, loving every minute! I've met so many awesome people and everyday is a new experience.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am new to couch surfing and not in a position to host at the moment. BUT when I'm finished my Au Pair program I would be all too happy to share my couch with other travelers :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have been hosted a few times and have had such an amazing experience on each occasion. It's such a wonderful way to visit a new place, meet awesome people and make great memories.

Intereses

Traveling obviously, love seeing all that this world has to offer. The guitar! I don't play, but would love to learn. One of my favorite things to do is sit around a fire on the beach or even while camping while someone jams on their guitar. I love meeting new people and just experience all that I can.

Música, películas y libros

I enjoy reading a lot. My favorite books are those that form part of a series such as Harry Potter, Lord of the rings, The Hunger Games ect.

As far as music goes I like pretty much everything. My top listened to artists, however, would probably be: The Killers, Matt & Kim, Passion Pit, FUN, Maroon 5, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Calvin Harris, Eric Clapton, The Eagles.

Algo increíble que he hecho

Often while growing up my family and friends would go camping in Kasane, Botswana. One time in particular we went on a boat tour on the river and saw a lion swimming across the river, closely followed by a crocodile! The croc never actually attacked the lion but it was so crazy to watch!
