I am a fun loving person who likes to organize stuff, discover new places, make new friends. I like to laugh and make jokes, but am not a loud person. In strange countries I like to stroll around in supermarkets, to see what weird things they sell.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

If I am free.
I would like to meet up and have a beer! We have a vibrant downtown area in Enschede with lots of bars and café's.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

No experience yet. Do have some friends in foreign countries who I met through studies and holidays. I visit them quite often.. it's nice to have a places outside of your home town that you can escape to once in a while.

Interests

Exploring new things, watch documentaries, pub, music festivals or concerts. I also like to cook , relax in my garden and walk the dog (there is some beautiful nature around Enschede!)

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies: anything with a good murder plot. Music; I like all sorts of music..I can sing along, and will after a few beers, with MILLIONS of songs.
I love to listen to Reggae music, Funk, Ska, Soul and any music with trumpets in it.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Lived in South Africa and Romania for 2 years studying. Joined as a youthleader in different youthexchange projects all over Europe.

I don't have a specific type of person I'd like to meet.. I think I could learn from anybody. And since I half finished loads of hobbies and courses, I know a little of a lot ;)
