I'm currently studying architecture and hoping to become a great architect someday. In the meanwhile I'm traveling every chance I get as do most of you probably ;) I just love traveling and especially meeting new people and exploring new cultures.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

When visiting Oslo last year I met an Australian girl there who was staying in the same hostel as I was, she told me she was traveling through Europe and planning to travel to Belgium and Austria. Since my parents have a house in Austria, I invited her to come stay there, she stayed there for a few nights and I showed her around there. Then a few weeks later she visited me again in Antwerp, I picked her up from the station and showed her around Antwerp, the next day we visited Ghent and the day afterwards we I showed Brussels before she got on the train to her next destination. It was absolutely amazing having her here and I loved hosting her and showing her around everywhere, she's now definately one off my best friends, and I will go visit her in July ^^!

When I was in Porto with my friends from school in octobre 2011 we met two Aussie guys who were traveling the world, we talked for a while and I told them they could stay at my place while visiting Ghent. A few weeks later they took me up on my offer and stayed for a night, we went to eat the best spareribs in Belgium at 'amadeus' and partied with them in some clubs that night. It was a lot of fun! :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Last year I went to Oslo for about a week, and it was the first time that I traveled alone, all of my friends told me I was crazy, but I went anyway and I had a blast! It was the best holiday I've had so far! I've met so many people from all over the world and that made me want to travel even more! So that's what I'm going to do: to travel the world on my own and meet new people everywhere^^!
