About Me

It was newly written 11-02-2015

CURRENT MISSION

I'm studying hard for exams that I need to pass to work. It's current goal, but my missions in life will be to explore the world and to grow myself.

ABOUT ME

Hello Nice to meet you. My name is Kim Young-sin. I live in Busan Korea.
Well I'm very open-minded person. I hate prejudices so I try to look at with my eyes. Politic, Science, Arts, etc, I am interested in many fields. It can be my flaw that I do have wide interests. But I will keep exploring till I die.
And I can speak English and reasonable French, J'ai commencé étudier le français depuis 2013. C'est ma troisième langue. J'adore des peinture et des musiques de France. Ils me inspirent.
I have started to learn a bit of Chinese and Japanese. I would speak basical pharses during the stay at Japan or China.
You wouldn't have any difficulty with language to talk with.

PHILOSOPHY

In dreams begin responsibilities.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I heard about this site by my friend. In scheduling for backpacking, I decided to get along locals in backpacking. I will visit Europe in 2013. Hope to meet many people by this couch-surfing.
After backpacking, I hope I could invite guests in Busan.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I had exprienced Oxford in England. and Santorini in Greece in 2012
Both hosts were amazing. They inspired to start invite guests.
I invited many guests all around the world. My guest's references will tell you how they felt at my place.

Interests

I like arts. They inspires and lead me.
Music. I like to listen to music all the time. To actualize my hobby, I have guitar. It is not to play professionally but to play among friends. I can sing and play Korean folk songs with chords. If you have guitar at your place, you could listen to many songs.
I like to visit museums more than anyone else. History, Litterature, Painting etc, they gives me something to ponder on myself. I certainly believe that my attitudes to the world won't be possible without them. Especially, in my backpacking in Europe, I just stayted Paris for month to visit all the museums. All the explanations for the masterpieces inspired me to learn French. I want to get wiseful.

Music, Movies, and Books

Kim Gwang-suk, Sanulim, Lee moon-se, BuskerBusker. All the folk singers in Korea. and I love Ghibri Animations.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

When I crossed over the Demilitarized zone to North Korea, All the scenery of North Korea looked surprising.
It was in 2007. I visited North Korea as a South Korean person two times.

That was written 4 years ago. But it is still my biggest experience. It was so huge to me that I can't describe well how I felt at that time.

Teach, Learn, Share

If there are people who want to invite me, I'd like to make Korean food for them. and I bring some traditional games for fun. If surfers get interested about it, I could teach games.
Also many Korean song, I could teach for surfers.
