ABOUT ME
I am a true San Franciscan. So that means I've lived there for over five years and dealt with paying an insanely high rent to be a part of the scene. I have been in France wwoofing on an organic farm. I want to one day own a vineyard and welcome people in my home to learn and grow.
I have been treated very well while traveling and have learned a lot about kindness, generosity and being open-hearted. I also felt like my experiences in France made me want to be more in touch with other people.
I would like to add that I connected to people while traveling and I don't want to offer my home to anyone who is "looking for a place to crash." I believe the purpose of the site is to have connections with other people, to learn and grow. If you just want a place to sleep and have no interactions with the person whose home you're sleeping in, you will not be comfortable around me and I won't enjoy you. So far, I've had many requests from people, especially men, looking for places to crash, who don't even mention why they would like to meet me. None of that "you look so smiley in your pics :)", for real. I can get laid in the city by someone who actually has a house. Mention any part of the last two sentences in your couchsurfing request, and I will do my best to respond to you in a timely fashion
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I can meet up, show you places around the city and be good company.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I couchsurfed in Paris, and it was a great time. I really connected with my hosts, felt like I made some new friends and learned a lot.
Interests
Riding my bike, studying and drinking wine. Talking to people. Asking them what their desires and goals are.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Wwoofing - probably one of the best working experiences I've ever had. I think we all should relearn what it is like to live off the earth, become more environmental, sustaintable. I worked on an organic dairy farm and learned a lot of the treatment of animals, closed systems and how to lessen our footprint on the earth.
Teach, Learn, Share
There is no way to conserve energy - it just gets transferred.
