About Me

1993.
Professional dancer.
In need of a Swedish teacher.
Born and raised in Amsterdam.
Ready to explore the world and meet its people.
Enjoy having goofy conversation as much as the serious ones.

Oh and Harry Potter.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I would like to see more of the world and love to meet people whilst doing so.

I would really want to visit or live in places different from my home. Be a part of a world non-familiar. Seoul and Tokyo are on top of that list after anything Iceland related.

Interests

I enjoy being active, indoors as well as outdoors. Exploring nature and exploring cities. I want to try as many things as possible to figure out what I like most even though it scares me a little.

  • traveling
  • music
  • harry potter
  • contemporary dance

  • playing games

Music, Movies, and Books

I like Harry Potter, too much.

Now reading Murakami's "Men Without Women”, after his “Kafka on the Shore" and “Norwegian Wood”, and Matthew Walker’s “Why We Sleep” after another Penguin publishers’ “The Brain’s Way of Healing” and “The Brain that Changes Itself ” by Norman Doidge.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've once taught Spanish kids to dance at an English Summer Camp named Max Camps.

Cheesy video, yes, but a great experience.

Teach, Learn, Share

I’d love to “train-play” and trick the brain in the process. Our bodies are capable of so many things that might seem impossible at first. I like to go there and find out what my actual limit is. This is definitely possible alone, but twice the fun when done together.

What I Can Share with Hosts

My profile shows my most extroverted side, but I enjoy calm and quiet moments as well.
You don't have to go out of your way to host me. I would want you to go about your day and if there is room, have me be a part of it. I would want you to feel as much comfort as you offer me.

Countries I’ve Visited

Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Côte d'Ivoire, Denmark, England, France, Germany, Ghana, Israel, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, Norway, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, United Kingdom, Wales

Countries I’ve Lived In
