ABOUT ME

Meeting new people and experiencing life as they live it fascinates us. We love to travel, meet new people, hear their stories and share their laughter. Interested in many things and always open to new people and new experiences.

I (Kimberley) work Monday to Friday as Head of Digital Communications in the charity sector and freelance as a travel and landscape photographer on the weekends, you can see my work here: www.kimberley-anderson.net

Tony works as an Architect, specialising in sustainable/environmental design.

PHILOSOPHY

You Only Live Once.

"To live is the rarest thing in the world. Most people exist, that is all."

"When an adventure ends you can never go back, never relive it, never hope to feel the same emotion. The secret is to not try and go back, but to keep searching for new adventure..."

"I love what stimulates my creativity and inspiration. I love the taste of the air in a new place - perhaps all of these things can be summed up in a single word? Freedom".

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I (Kim) have been lucky enough to have stayed with many fabulous hosts during my travels. Now that I'm settled in London it's time to pay it forward and host or meet up with people in her new home town.

Tony is relatively new to couchsurfing and hasn't stayed with anyone yet but we are now hosting together in London.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I (Kim) left Australia in 2008 and for many months I travelled solo around Europe and South America and was lucky enough to couchsurf with some amazing people. I am now living in London... starting a brand new life and travelling as much as I can.
