Hello! My name is Kim. I am a local small business owner and mental health counselor. I grew up in the Pacific Northwest and love it here! I enjoy all types of music, art, books, and more. Basically anything creative. I love learning new things and new ways that people express creativity.

I also love hearing people's stories and try to learn something from everyone I meet. I am an extrovert and energetic. I love people. I also love travel for these reasons as I get to learn and soak up new cultures and see what other people find value in.

I value authenticity, honesty, compassion, empathy, and love. I am working on growing my activism, but I already try to be involved in areas of social justice and sustainable living.

Music: I will listen to just about anything. I have playlists of genres including everything from alternative, to classic rock, to pop, to RnB, to jazz, and more. My tastes span many decades.

Movies: I tend to go for comedies, fantasy, and adventure films. Im a nerd also, so LOTR/Star Wars/Marvel Universe/Harry Potter are all good. I can also get into a good foreign film.

Books: I read a lot of psychology books, some fantasy, books by local authors.

Teach: I am a good with crochet. I can do many stitches and am good at teaching this for beginners. I can teach mindful meditation and some pretty great breathing techniques and thought habbits.

Learn: I would love to learn just about anything creative. Or about you and your stories and culture.

Share: I can share my experiences visiting other cultures and my travels. I can share some good local spots, hole in the wall places.
